Before head diving into the creative work, I did a full research and survey sweep of the brand and the sentiment around it.

This was an interesting client - they were already the leading gym course in Singapore taking a large portion of the pie in this market, but they wanted to find more customers outside of the usual suspects.

Their product was great, their marketing not so much. So I went straight to work with their paid ads + organic content.

Prior to my takeover, NCSF Singapore was doing around 3x ROI per ad.

DMs started rolling in, past graduates were tagging us in their stories (even celebrities!), & overseas trainers were reaching out for collaborations.

The social page transformed from a commercial business to an a entertainment page.

NCSF Singapore is now enroute to hit it’s highest revenue in a year, crossing the million dollar mark.
